Red Kill Mountain Homestead Farms is home to an incredible wild apple savannah that hosts thousands of pippins, which are apple trees grown from seed. These are truly wild apples — they've never been manipulated, sprayed or irrigated.

One way to enjoy Red Kill Mountain’s wild apples is their delicious Apple Molasses. Apple Molasses, also known as Cider Syrup, is made my reducing apple cider until it’s a thick, syrup-like sweetener. Historically, this was a common sweetener throughout the apple’s range, but today it’s actually listed as an endangered food by Slow Food Ark of Taste. Red Kill Mountain is one of only three producers still offering Apple Molasses to the public.

Go here to try Red Kill Mountain’s Apple Molasses — the pure, concentrated terroir of their apple savannah. Use promo code WILDFED20 for 20% off your order!
