Meet Richard Zane

Richard Zane is the lead biologist with USFWS Northeast Region’s Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program (WSFR) for all hunter and aquatic education, shooting range, and Tribal Wildlife grants. Richard is WSFR's programmatic expert on Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act and coordinates with Native American tribes.
